Managing the floor without going through the kitchen

The floor plan shows you the status of every table at a glance. From any table, you can take an order for a customer without their phone, mark dishes served, or move an entire table if the customers change seats.

Take an order at the table

Useful when a customer prefers to order verbally rather than scan the QR code — the order follows exactly the same path through the kitchen and the bar.

Mark a dish served

As soon as an item moves to "Ready" on the kitchen or bar side, it appears here with a button to confirm you've placed it on the table.

Request the bill for the table

If the customer asks you directly rather than going through their phone, notify the cashier in one click.

Transfer a table

Customers change tables mid-service? Move their current orders to a free table, without recreating anything.

  1. "Transfer table"

    From the original table's screen.

  2. Choose a free table

    Only currently free tables are offered.

  3. Confirm

    All current orders move to the new table; the old one becomes free again.

Merge two tables

Two tables pushed together for a group that wants a single bill? Merge the current table's orders into another table's that already has an order in progress.
